Do you serve street parking on South Congress and South Lamar?
Yes — we work around street parking. We don't need a hose or running water, so your block is our workshop. Just tell us your typical spot when you book and we'll coordinate around your schedule. We text when we're 30 minutes out.
Are bat droppings really that bad for Tesla paint?
Yes, and it's worse than bird droppings. Bat guano has a pH around 3 — similar to vinegar — and reacts with Tesla's clear coat almost immediately in Austin's heat. If it bakes on for more than a few hours on a summer day, you're looking at a permanent etch that only paint correction can fix.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need to know where to find the car. Give us your block and your typical parking spot in your booking notes, and we'll text when we're on the way. We work without needing access to your interior if you prefer — just let us know.
Does rinseless washing actually work without a hose?
It's the gold standard for paint-safe cleaning. We use ONR (Optimum No Rinse) at professional dilution with a clean microfiber for every panel. Zero abrasion when done correctly — no water pressure, no spinning brushes, nothing that causes the scratches tunnel washes leave behind.
