Do you serve Highpointe too, or just Belterra?
Both. Belterra and Highpointe are both on Parker's regular route. No trip fee and no minimum distance for either community. If you're in the immediate area off US-290, reach out and we'll confirm your address is covered.
Is there a travel fee for being outside central Austin?
No. Belterra is Parker's home territory — there's no trip fee and no distance surcharge. We build our Belterra/Highpointe route to stack jobs efficiently, which is exactly how we keep pricing flat.
Does rinseless actually clean a dusty Hill Country car?
Yes — rinseless washing is specifically effective for the kind of light dust and road film that builds up on Hill Country roads. We use ONR (Optimum No Rinse) at professional dilution with a fresh microfiber for every panel. For heavily contaminated vehicles we pre-treat with an iron fallout remover before the wash. No abrasion, no streaks.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as your Tesla is in the driveway and accessible, we handle everything. We'll text when we're on the way and send a completion message with photos when done. CurrentPass members get a full Healthcheck report to their phone after every visit.
What about my Cybertruck?
Yes, we detail Cybertrucks. Stainless steel requires a different technique — ONR is sprayed directly onto the panel and wiped with a clean, dry microfiber pass, no dunked sponge. CurrentLite is $79/mo and CurrentPass is $119/mo for Cybertruck.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, no contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged. We don't lock you in — we just do work good enough that you want to stay. Most Belterra members are on month six or beyond.
